Great atmosphere, met lots of interesting people and made new friends. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for exploring the area. Free dinner and evening events were a nice touch.
Dusty sheets, room mix-up, and malfunctioning shower were major inconveniences. the shared bathroom was not well-maintained, and the overall condition of the place was rundown.

We love staying at this hostel! The location is great, with plenty of fun activities nearby like kayaking on the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, the free breakfast and dinner are a great bonus. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The shared bathroom can get a bit messy, but it's understandable considering the number of guests. we highly recommend this hostel for a fun and enjoyable holiday.
It would be great if the bathroom could be cleaned more frequently to prevent any slipperiness.

Despite the lacking security, the hostel had a great location for exploring the area. It was within walking distance of popular attractions such as Old San Juan and Condado Beach. the hostel provided free parking on the street, which was convenient for those with cars.
The hostel lacked basic security measures, as there were no locks available for lockers and our food and drinks were stolen from the refrigerator.

The neighborhood felt safe, even when walking alone at night. The hostel had a nice little balcony to relax on, a kitchen and fridge for guests to use, and reliable wifi in all rooms. a great place to stay in Puerto Rico.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit, and even helped coordinate day trips. the hostel felt like a home away from home, and I loved the friendly atmosphere. the AC unit in the room was brand new and kept the room cool throughout the day.
The garbage in the room was not thrown out, and there was a shortage of soap to use. one of the toilets was broken for a few days.

The friendly staff and great location were the best aspects of my stay. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my trip. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to both the historic Old Town and the beautiful beach area. Additionally, I really enjoyed the free dinner that was served every night, a fantastic bonus!
While the hostel had its positives, there were a few downsides. The hostel was quite basic and you get what you pay for.
